At Lymphoria, we believe your wellness journey shouldn't start with waiting. Every order is handled with care so your Lymphatic Wellness Drops reach you as quickly as possible — fresh, sealed, and ready to support your body.

1.  Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed the same or next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods — such as promotional events, product launches, or major holidays — processing may extend up to 4 business days. We'll keep you informed.

2.  Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

United States

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS. Estimated delivery after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

International

  • International orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on destination country and customs processing.

Note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, or customs processing may affect transit times.

3.  Order Tracking & Shipping Notifications

The moment your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Here's what to expect:

  • Tracking links become active within 24–48 hours of shipment.

  • If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please reach out — we're happy to investigate.

  • Check your spam or promotions folder if you haven't received a confirmation email.

4.  Shipping Delays

We do everything we can to meet delivery windows, but some delays are beyond our control. Lymphoria is not liable for delays resulting from:

  • Carrier disruptions or service outages

  • Severe weather or natural events

  • Customs or import processing (international orders)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout

5.  Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Lymphoria is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.

  • Contact us immediately at support@lymphoria.com if you notice an address error after placing your order — we'll do our best to intercept it.

6.  Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us for assistance.

  • Include your order number and a photo of any damaged packaging.

  • We'll work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or another resolution.
